OK...nice app idea, and thanks for the work done on it....but....I can't figure out how to assign an app to the quick launch spaces. I'm obviously missing something, as plenty of others apparently have done it. Toss me a bone here, please.

Go to Settings. You'll find a new setting called "Quick Launch" under General.

Since this menu is not really accessible everywhere, is this kind of functionality possible in the power menu?

You might find something looking at the source for the cellular modem enabler/disabler applet...?

There is a thread for that.

The dir is /etc/systemui

you can add anything you want there.
