hi
I've some suggestion :
suppose Mp3 Tag is "Song Title Song Artist"
and also suppose radio car display size = 8 (Peugeot 206 clarion)
your application scroll in this way :
Song Tit
le Song
Artist
is it possible to scroll the text like this :
Song Tit
ong Titl
ng Title
g Title
Title
Title S
itle So
tle Son
le Song
e Song
Song A
Song Ar
Song Art
ong Artis
ng Artist
g Artist
Artist

and add an option for display tag on rds until next song.

No desktop rotation. Do have carholder which is portrait.

Well to be honest, I went a bit roque and made my own ideal widget.
If this is possible(programming wize) it would be very nice.
This is nothing more than a "snap on" widget. Because you can place widgets over each other, why not use it?
The widget itself will only be this so you can place the mediaplayerwidget on top of this one.
Any comments?
If someone could do the programming, I can give you the art
My programming skills for the Maemo platform are 0 and I don't know where to start...
Also, maybe it was answered already.... what are the call/sms icons/functions for in the widget?

Hi all,
I can do scroll but it should be very very slow as the RDS encoding / decoding by most car system took around 5 to 10s to display the data send.
Btw i have to fix the SMS stuff too, and have idea for new functionnality like hands free
