Just my two cents: Here are the first two lines of the script:
I wonder what happens if there is no temp directory and you start the script say in /home/user/MyDocs or /home/user or even as root in /Code:cd temp rm -rf *

I will rewrite the script because a command "rm -rf *" was found in script and can be dangerous for everyone and can wipe all your operating system. Therefore a better solution is not to have a script to convert the apps. The better solution is to have an graphical app that can reach the Firefox OS Marketplace "repository" and download it to your cellphone. A QT Graphical Application is a better solution.
