Where does the 'here!' -part reference to?
Obviously, if I were to go to a 'remote' (as defined by Nokia N9 official availability) location, without bringing a N9 with me, I could still argue that it's not finally here.

IIRC Netherlands was officially confirmed as not getting it, but my recollection may be wrong.
It's all been very ad-hoc, so unless you've been following the news every day & "taking notes".
It's quite hard to get an accurate picture of "exact" availability worldwide.
