Pulseaudio draining battery
Recently, after finishing a phone call, pulseaudio will run in the background and take 25-30% cpu for no reason and drain upwards of 15-20% battery per hour (compared to my usual <1%).

Sounds like you might be encountering the issue where the N900 won't play anything with resolution bigger than the screen. The extra decoders support package mentions that it still hasn't fixed that...

Just a quick note here,
I was also using shift+space for tab and found it works everywhere else other than xterm... but the important thing for me was that changing shift+space breaks the page up...
