Hitting ctrl/sym leads to the normal desktop, scanning leads to the samel problem.
reboot doesnt help
EDIT:
maybe its the nearly empty battery?
I'm going to charge it...

open terminal an type df -h
look at rootfs
maybe disable maemo-devel if its enabled
and deinstall some apps

I solved this problem by flashing my fritzbox with freetz and integrated openvpn.
Now it runs.
