and got:
mencoder is not installed or doesn't support lavc encoder

If the N900's hardware is like the iPod Touch (or better) then it can play fine...

Checked both on a 3G connection and WLAN. Also after reboots. Doesn't show up. It didn't seem like the servers are busy because it only took a few seconds to "check availability".

I don't see Nokia Messaging in my list of providers. Looked a few times but it was never there. I live in Israel and have a US version N900, not sure if that would make a difference.

Also, I transferred a few videos onto my N900, 5 movies and 1 tv show. All the movies seem to work great, but only the tv show is very laggy and annoying. In its properties the data rate is 980 kbps,...
