So you've reflashed to a non vodafone variant? I was explicitly told that this will invalidate the vodafone warranty (which is longer than the nokia one)

I could return my N900 tomorrow, on the 7th day, as it were. I may regret it. It'll leave me tied into a contract for 2 years. But then I like the network I'm on, it's a good deal. Can't do much...

Headphones, or audio out to some decent hifi setup, it's the only way.
Speakers (on any small device) are only any good for handsfree voice.
I don't know about you, but I despair at the chavs...
