Personally, I'm astonished by two things:
1) that any abuse towards bummer was able to continue, and
2) that the abuse bummer has directed towards Texrat is being tolerated as well. (Given that he evidently didn't even have moderator powers over that thread, I fail to see what more he could have done...)

For G-d's sake, folks, this is supposed to be a community. Communities are supposed to work together. This sort of "I know better than you" mishegaas is just not necessary.

Bummer who? Oh - the new one on my ignore list. (What a great thing in this forum. I re-discovered its value with the recent flood of "less-than-100-post"-trolls.)

I blame Canada and suggest we ban it.

Blaming Canada is so five minutes ago. Let's blame Eyjafjallajökull instead. Ban the volcano!

this "hack" is th evidence that NOKIA didn't manage well the situation about their client's expectations!

we're waiting for this PUTAIN d'Update since too long!

but yep, we don't have to use it... they can keep us waiting for it...
but how long? 1 week? 2 week?...

OT: Is "schadenfreude" a word you use in English? Never seen it before, that's why I'm asking.

I use it occasionally.

It's German.. not really directly translatable but it's basically the good feeling you get at someone else's demise.
