We won't know if Gizmodo will review Maemo apps or not unless we ask.

From TFA:

We've been making video demos of mobile apps lately and we've noticed that you seem to enjoy them. So we want to make more! We do need your help though, because we're not sure exactly which apps you're interested in.

Are there new apps you've heard about but are hesitant to purchase without knowing more? Are there older apps you're crazy about and think everyone should check out? Hit up the comments section and tell us!

So do we ask them to review apps randomly or should we poll it here and ask as a collective hive-mind?

I would second the idea for a poll, so hopefully we could pull together get them to review one of the more spectacular Maemo apps and not just have another Angry Birds review.
