Hi

I am having an issue with Panucci. When I upgrade it now from .3.17 to a newer version, Panucci refuses to open.

Anyway - I was wondering if the best way to fix is to remove and reinstall. BUT i have tried this and get the same issue so I was wondering if there is residue left over from a std remove, and if so, what files/folders are left so I can manually remove them.

Any advice appreciated.

Scott

You could try deleting the following folder:

/home/user/.config/panucci

This soltion solved my problem today in 2012 and I suspect it solves a lot of mysterious issues some people have had with Panucci, which is a nice program to have working.

The same happened to me. Reason for errors resulting in "No-start-up" propably had been some cleaning-ups of file lists which had been registered in the config files.
Fortunatedely Panucci is starting again after cleaning up the mess by deleting the .config/panucci-directory.
Great program - apart from these issues!!!

Any Panucci-updates for the N900 in sight? I fear there won't be any...
