I am just checking to see in anyone would have any idea what the problem is. I just got my N800 last night and this morning I am trying to run the wizard to update the OS to the latest version. When I run the install file, I get about 8 messages "Application has generated an exception and could not be handled". The software seems to install, but will not run.

I have XP pro SP2 and .Net 2.0

Is there anything I am missing?
