Customization, Applications that actually do something worthwhile, 1 year experience with the N800 gives familiarity.
Best of all, the ability to say that I don't have a smartphone, but a superphone.
The only better device that I can think of, is getting my hands on a Sony UX series and slapping some mobile Linux distro on it. But then again... it's ridiculously expensive... $2500 USD!
