Transcend 4gb 150x. Works good in my N800! Have two partitions, one FAT and the other ext2. I can tell you that 2gb Extrememory cards, as well as 4gb Platinum cards make some problems.

I just bought two PNY 2-Gb full-size SD cards for $39.99. I am sure that other cards can be had for cheaper, but as long as you go with a brand name you shouldn't run into problems.
What is the best SD card that works reliably with the Nokia N800?
I'm looking for a branded SD card, that is non-SDHC, for compatibility with the stock Nokia kernel, either 2gb or 4gb capacity.
