yeah had this all these last week, was gona reflash but then 1.2 was released so all is good again now... Matan is aware and working on it.

modified-hildon-desktop version 2.0 in my repository should work on PR1.2 (it works for me). Further discussion should be on this thread:

A. The bar on the top of each desktop disappears when lock the screen and unlock again .
B. The icons in application menu can not be customized
After 3 times re-flash PR 1.2 , eventually , I strongly believe the reason is " modified-hildon-desktop " .
Did anybody have the similar issues ?
