First off

If you think deleting the account and reconfiguring it might help, check Settings->Mail for Exchange->Settings->Delete

for some reason it use to work fine and wont work any more after the exchange server was upgraded.. . .
all of the symbian devices are working ok again and my doesn't even seem to connect to the web service!
