Can you describe the error better ? that's too vague.
The application manager complains about the version of the package or it can't find the package ?

Did you installed Qt via the command line ? If so, you need to upgrade the packages. 'apt-get install libqt-maemo5-maemo5' as root should fix that.

$ sudo gainroot
Root shell enabled

BusyBox v1.10.2 (Debian 3:1.10.2.legal-1osso26+0m5) built-in shell (ash)
Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands.

/home/user # apt-get install libqt-maemo5-maemo5
E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?

Close the application manager and try again.
