I tried today to compile from source some open source applications and I got to work just my first! lol
So it is successfully made. How can I make a deb-armel package now ? i tried with the command dpkg-buildpackage but no success. please give me some advice

I asked for some help regarding this matter and haven't got any...

There is a nice tool called PyPackager in the repos but I didn't manage to make it work...

With question as vagues as this it's not expected to get any answers. It's like asking "My car doesn't work, how do I fix it?"

Best I can answer is to read docs, you can start for example here http://wiki.maemo.org/Categoryevelopment

If you cant understand what i am saying then its better to not answer to my question, not to making some noise...
