Am I missing some kind of plugin for Newegg to look like it does on my computer? As a new owner of the N810, is there anything else I need to install to make it work with all websites?

Thanks!

No. Newegg is redirecting you to the mobile version of their web site. Scroll down. Tap "Classic Site".

Cool. How does the site know to automatically go to the mobile version?

Probably the browser's user agent string.

Deja vu all over again...

I thought this topic looked familiar.

cheetos316, in order to provide an answer to the inevitable "next question" I entered the words "user agent string" into that little text box at the top of the page and hit "Go"...

Guess what shows up on that results page along with this thread?

newegg.com shows up as mobile version on n810

...just sayin'.

...and BTW, for you old school reader types out there, their is some other excellent information about user agent strings and how to change them in the threads returned by that ^ search.
