I have an N810 with outdated firmware. I attempted to update the firmware from a Vista machine using a micro usb cable that did not come with the N810 as I do not have it. Nokia Support stated that their usb cable is the only usb cable that will work regardless of whether it is a micro or not. I would greatly appreciate any feed back or help updating my N810.
