I'm searching for online stores selling Nokia N810, shipping internationally and accepting PayPal. I was going to try Provantage, but after an email i found out that they are not shipping N810 outside US. (why? i don't know, they mumbled smth)

Try ebay, I bought mine from a shop on ebay, it's shipping from the states, should be here in a week.
