When I exit Garnet sometimes, it can no longer figure out where to find its brain. It says it can't connect to GVM, and when I finally do get it to start, everything's gone.

In what directory does Garnet keep its "heap"? I would like to be able to copy it off so that whenever this happens I can copy it back in again.

Look in: /home/user/.gvm

The file you need to backup is: gvm.store

I usually backup the entire directory.

Look here for how to backup and restore: http://www.internettablettalk.com/fo...7&postcount=12

You may want to look at the whole thread, as it's about losing gvm applications.. http://www.internettablettalk.com/fo...ad.php?t=22008
