Yep. I've found the Forum Manager, and the online help system suggests the "Edit" link for a given forum will allow its description to be changed; however, I don't see any "Edit" links. I suggest using the "Report a Forum Bug" link to file a request.

Well, we will probably need that by the Summit, as it appears Nokia will be getting some discussion on Harmattan going then. So, I suppose now is as good a time as any.

I'd say Maemo 6 / Harmattan. Why not?

There's a recent video interview in which Ari Jaaksi indicates Harmattan is Maemo 6. I'm unable to find the video in a quick search, but in it, Ari uses an appositive phrase to link the two names.
