Is there any application like kvoctrain of the kde-edu package available for the Nokia 770? I'm trying to learn Spanish, but I often don't want to carry tons of learning material with me... The 770 would be the perfect place to put it!

Thanks for any suggestions.

The nearest thing I've seen is a flash card program. You could throw vocabulary words on there perhaps. The name eludes me, but check the apps section.

That would be Granule. Check the Application Catalog at the Maemo Wiki.

It seems to me that the Granule site has links to sites with pre-built flash cards.

Also, I think Granule can pronounce words in the desktop version; hasn't been worked out how to do that on the 770. I'm thinking Flite, the Festival Lite TTS engine, might be able to be used here, but that's jumping ahead a few steps.
