You can try ShellX (if you don't know already)

that's my preference for executing scripts when i need them regularly.

Tap on features and then on the green download button next to Command to enable it.
You can now create a new situation which can be triggered by Accessory > Charger, and then run your custom command, and another for the headphones, by executing the other script when you remove the charge cable (selecting "At situation end").
