Okay, let's get this sorted out. Did you reboot prior to applying the fix? You must reboot before applying the fix.

awesome awesome, the last installer ****ed up when i lost my connection, anyway i noticed u have mobile maps 10 how the hell did u get the maps for our area ????????
i'll reflash tommorrow and get to work ......
