with Sailfish 2.0.1.1 on Nexus 5 doesnt't work, but i thinl it's a problem of OKBoard and not of the dictionary. Could I send a log to help understanding the problem? where is the log file?

In the SailfishOs OPX port, the text recognition is much more accurate in the 0.5.12 version (https://openrepos.net/content/skyjum...ine-unofficial) than in the last 0.6 (https://openrepos.net/content/eber42/okboard). I have tried it both with the original English language included in the own OKBoard build and with my build of the Spanish language.

Couldn't that be due to accumulation of learned data in the older version improving the predictions?

No. I did a clean install. It's related to screen size and resolution as @eber42 said before :/

Contrary to what I said above, this is not just a simple scaling issue.
I will need physical access to a real device to implement proper support for screen size other than 4.5" (for creating test cases and checking resulting user experience). So it may take some time.

BTW, do you have any suggestion for a cheap device with 5+" display running SailfishOS (or at least easy to install) ?

@claustn log files are located in ~/.local/share/okboard (*.log & *.log.bak files). I have just added this information in the settings app.

You can pick up a nexus 5 (hammerhead) very cheaply.
