My tip for removing the annoying sticker doesn't involve any chemicals or scraping. Just get a hair dryer on LOW and warm up the sticker, the adhesive softens and the sticker just peels off nice and clean. This works for almost any type of sticker except the shiny silver holographic labels that microsoft uses. Just use common sense and don't hold the dryer too close or wait until you see smoke! ;-)
