I would love to work on it, but my experience is null. The first time I used something related to Linux was the day I turned my N810 on for the first time...

I have flite 1.3 installed on N770 with OS2008HE. I get no sound with my maemo mapper that is set to use flite. I opened Xterm and typed flite 'this is a test' and I could hear it if I had the headsets on one of the earpieces. However, I can hear nothing if the headsets are not on. I have the volume turned up all the way. All other audio apps work fine on my N770.
Any ideas/ help is appreciated.
