I am glad you like it. (Not perfect but I enjoy it very much.)
Do you mean Waydroid's icons?
You can find icons in ~/.local/share/applications. If you add the following into them:
Code:
NoDisplay=true
This will hide that icon in Sailfish.
Instead of hiding, I've put all of those apps (icons) into one folder in Sailfish, so they are not in the way but can access them if I need.

(Try the following: let Waydroid start fully, then close the screen with the usual Sailfish gesture. Then click on an android app icon. Not the best app integration but it does work.)

If you OTA update to 4.4.0.72 on or after 07/12/2022, the following steps aren't necessary:
Code:
vi /usr/lib/systemd/system/dsme.service
   set PrivateNetwork=true to PrivateNetwork=false
vi /usr/lib/systemd/system/systemd-hostnamed.service
   remove or comment out PrivateNetwork=true
These are fixed in packages, so no longer need to do the change manually.

I've started to look for one of these but seems the SM-N910F was the version sold here and it's completely different

Will keep looking, at least until my Pro1x arrives and probably steals my attention.

Unfortunately, I don't have that SM-N910F model, so cannot confirm whether my port works in that. However, the SM-N910F model has got a "Qualcomm Snapdragon 805" while the SM-N910C one has "Exynos 5". The GPU also different on both. So, I don't think my port (Exynos version) would work on the Snapdragon CPU.
