Hi,
I heard about the N900 two weeks ago, I don't realy know much, but I am quite interested. I have some questions about the maemo and the N900 so I have decided to ask you:
Will I be able to have KDE on the N900 like on the n810 / n800?
Will regular linux applications and games (with low requirements) work on the N900 (like on a tablet or computer)?
Thanks!

Most likely. But they need to be cross-compiled for ARM tweaked to fit the user interface. the complexity of this task can vary from trivial to (almost?) impossible

What are the statiatics? what is the aproximate percent of those application (which are easily cross-compiled)? (if you know
What do you mean by "to fit the user interface", and if I change the Desktop Environment (KDE, openbox)? I didn't understand.
Thanks again!

a good start would be to look at a source based distro like gentoo, if a package has a number of architectures then it will likely be able to be ported faster.

You may even be able to cross compile it yourself out the box.
