Once upon a time there was OBS. As of 2016 - is there any way of remote building packages for Harmattan?

I created a simply Debian package, which basically only copies files around and I don't have the Harmattan SDK installed. [Btw I'll announce it tomorrow ]

If there is no such a way - what is the most hassle-free way of building a single package for Harmattan? Some VM? Setting up the whole SDK takes a while.

I downloaded the image, unpacked it to a directory on my computer hard drive, copied qemu-arm-static to /usr/bin, entered the chroot.

First of all, the Aegis manifest is not automatically generated. Besides, when trying to manually run aegis-manifest, I get:

Code:
aegis-manifest: Manifest generation requires 'arm-none-linux-gnueabi' target.
