wazapp is free (literally), however, it pulls your whatsapp account info and I guess if your whatsapp is already expired you would not be able to access it. The devs can give further details though.

I deleted the folder .wazapp because I started having problems with the previous version I had installed. The notification sound I'm using is email3 and it is not very loud, however, I have not tried to change the volume settings

With the latest versions 21092012-1445 and 20092012-1225 idle consumption increased to 39mA and more.
With the versions 18092012-1305 and 14092012, idle consumption went down to around 20mA (wlan)

I checked it with the "Battery Usage" app. It showed a warning message, saying that the avg power consumption has increased.

I have tested these last builds of wazapp, and what happens to my N9 is that unmerges my N9 contacts. I have a exchange, Facebook, skype, gmail and twiteer merged, but when I install the wazapp, unmerges all, also my favorites (always talking about N9 contacts app)

well done! how can I help with catalan translation?

Cheers

Unfortunately I have to reflash my N9 rootfs+emmc - is there a way to keep the whatsapp account files not to enter the risk of being rejected after installing Wazapp from the scratch upon reflashing? some files to be copied and pasted later, maybe, or... ?

ok but i'm not a developer or something like this so i have no knowledge about thinks like this. and i guess there are a lot of other users, who have the same problem. so maybe the devs can add an option to delete a contact.

My version is 21092012-1445, too, and I can confirm that my idle comsumption is around 16mA (on wlan) - measured overnight.

Tip: I have had to reboot my phone after installing. Only after rebooting I could achieve this battery consumption (16mA).

IMHO, this version is the *best* version so far.
Good work on this, @Cepi and others!
