@Mscion. I Manged to get the $50 from jolla so the refund is now fully paid. 
At least it looks that way but I haven't checked my PayPal since I don't really use PayPal
Finally I can remove my footer

Thanks. Unfortunately I got a ticket for $110 after parking at a spot that apperantly wasn't valid. So I'm still down 60 today. You win some and you lose some.
What I don't understand if jolla announced a refund and I missed it or they just pay out the money to the ones that is asking.

I'm so pleased you got the complete refund! Would you please give details on how you did it. Who did you contact and what info did you provide? Also why were you only owed $50. Weren't you owed about $100?
