Hi All,

I'm having a heck of a time finding an ARMEL repository with GPSd or supporting libraries. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

if you have an N800, gpsd is installed by default, since the previous firmware (RX-34_2007SE_3.2007.10-7_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM.bin).

you can configure the files for it which are in /etc/default i think. you will have to have osso-xterm and becomeroot installed

I got gpsd compiled for the 770 and the .deb is here:

https://garage.maemo.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=822&group_id=63&atid=295

It installs fine for me. I did not, however get it to run. Let me know if you get further.
