we can make the bike and biker steady if you want(single png file) with animated wheels seperate...
then you only need to control the animation speed of the wheel rotation according to bikes speed..

what is missing from the web, is a real rts, whatewer it is: space, modern...
my prefered is Age Of Empire II, due to his complexity, variety of armyes, etc.
if u cand do something similar, then go ahead, if not, just another one in the cloud.

Okay, so "epic" looking (best word I can think describe to games like skyrim)
but (last question) are you looking for a scenery type background or something more neutral (so it doesn't look like it's scifi/fantasy/medieval/vehicle) but just looks cool/epic-ish? if it's the latter it's something like a cool visual?

later when all of us decide what game to start , we'll move on and see what scenery type background we might need

Space trader, simplified version of Elite. Mining, Pirates, space stations, trading with resources. Someone already suggested a skyrim type game, this would just be in space and therefore easier to do.
