I searched the forum for information, but I did not understand and I am consfused!
I took my Nokia N900 out of the drawer and would like to restore it.
Please, is there anyone who with so much patience and kindness, would you know how to indicate a recent guide?

A simple reset can be done fron settings.

But why reset when it is working?
You will need to do a lot of stuff...

Reflash needed/wanted?

Hello,
and thank you for the answer!
Just your question: the fact is that my Nokia N900 is stopped at 2013 (or at least I think ...), I don't know if in the meantime, updates have been made by CSSU. Plus I don't remember what I installed if I overclocked.
I would like to flash and start from scratch.
By following the links you recommended, can I do it?

There are no updates anymore.
CSSU was of course further taken care of. But it would update on its own or just open HildonApplicationManager.

But you are free to flash. So yes follow the links and you should be good to go.

I can point you to http://wiki.maemo.org/Updating_the_f..._Lazy_Approach
This is a script that as mean made to help flash devices, obviously use at your own risk.

You will need to install CSSU after that as per http://wiki.maemo.org/Cssu
