if icons bother you, you can always make a customised theme to your own tastes or use one of many that i'm sure the ppl with a artistic side will be making over the coming weeks and months

If the icons bother you, you should probably just get an iPhone. It has nice icons.

i don't think choosing a device by how icons look is the answer lol
thats like choosing a new house based on its mounted wall plaque
before some one says I'm stupid for making them comparisons just think about it, those two things are two of the most personal things in you life after your partner and children.

lol, yea customize them dude. The Ovi Icons got a lot of feedback, anything was better than the original s60 icons though. They're not GREAT, but they're not bad.
New OS - new face.
