can i deletethe v13 and install directly 16 ? or do i need the 13 and update to 14+15+16 ?

you dont need to do anything before installation. just get it and install.

Emoji-stuff seems to work when receiving, very good. Is there any estimation when it will available for sending also?

Just a question : how can I sync contacts?
Because every time I try it (sync all phonebook ) ,the Jolla told me : phonebook syncing started...
And nothing happens....

I have a little problem with contact sync, people are in phone book ans i can select them to be synchronised, however they are not added to whatsapp contacts. i can receive messages from them!
