Did you fresh install PR1.2? Try using HealthCheck to see if it's a hardware problem (but I don't think it is)..
If you haven't installed PR1.2 as a fresh install I recommend you to flash the rootfs image first, then the emmc..

and I put charging cable to usb-port. Nothing happens, no charging. After the battery runs out and reboot charging starts. Is there any process crashed or is it hw fault?
