it seem Internet Tablet Video Converter could not process RMVB format movie, is there some plugins or other tools to do it?

Do you have the codecs installed so that WMP can play RMVB files?

yes, i install real_Alternative , and i can play rmvb file with Windows media player, but i still can not convert rmvb file with the internet tablet converter

Can you file a bug at https://bugs.maemo.org on this please? Include specifically the version of real_Alternative you have and mention that WMP can use the codecs properly. I can't promise an immediate fix, but this sounds like it should be in the queue to be looked at.
