argh, just got mine last week...
They can't ship to canada but it won't be long before the price is reflected on eBay...

FYI - NCIX in Canada has the N800 listed for $275 on a 1-2 week special order:

I've dealt with them before (mostly at the retail store) - they're legitimate and the service is reasonably good.

no it doesn't, and ncix only sends to canada and the us.

Thanks for the NCIX info. I ordered one on Wednesday. For what it's worth, despite the 1-2 weeks shipping time, they have already processed payment and it looks like the device should ship out today. (Hopefully.)

Also, I called TigerDirect.ca. They have 300 on order. They were supposed to arrive a week ago. As of Wednesday, they were still planning to price them at $379CDN, and as of now, they still aren't available on their site.

I followed exactly what you wrote and came away with a Nokia n800 for $218 total.
