The new cards are being shipped starting today. For those who haven't been satisfied with the mere 8GB microSDHC cards we've been limited to so far, it'll be nice to slip one of these into our Nokias, effectively doubling their capacity.
Currently there are at least four places shipping the new card:
http://www.mymemory.co.uk/Micro-SDHC...uding-Adaptor) - For £46.99 Delivered (approximately $86.89 USD)
http://www.mobymemory.com/products/S...emory-Card.asp - For £44.99 (approximately $83.18)
http://www.bmcdigital.co.uk/catalog/browse/microsd-16gb - For £46.95
http://www.expansys.com/p.aspx?i=173933 - For £43.99
As with the 8GB microSDHC card, I suspect those who will be willing to wait a few months to get this card with be rewarded with significant price drops. I would anticipate this card dropping to around $35.00 or so by Christmas time this year. On the other hand for those who just have to be the first on the block with a 16GB capacity N810...
32GB microSDHC cards should be available in the first half of 2009.
Update: the 16GB microSDHC card is fully compatible with the N810.
