Payment confirmed on July 27th. N9 still not shipped, I am opening a ticket today and see that happens, not feeling warm and fuzzy...

I just got a email from DX informing me customs denied shipping due to the batteries. They included a way to get a refund.

Wait, what? That's quite odd - I had helped others in the past receive from overseas the Nokia N9, batteries were not an issue then (upon release).

Interesting. Thanks for sharing.
