Yes Ive noticed this as well with my latest build, can I get some details about your sd card?

What size and File system is it?

# fdisk -l /dev/mmcblk1
Disk /dev/mmcblk1: 119.1 GiB, 127865454592 bytes, 249737216 sectors
Units: sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
Disklabel type: dos
Disk identifier: 0x5a420b21

Device Boot Start End Sectors Size Id Type
/dev/mmcblk1p1 32768 249737215 249704448 119.1G 83 Linux

The FS type of /dev/mmcblk1p1 is ext4, and the whole content of the card was cloned (via dd-ing the mbr and e2mage-ing the partition) from a nearly identical card inserted on my Sailfish X phone.

Besides, I frequently see the following complaints in the system journal:
Code:
kernel: mmc1: mmc_set_auto_bkops: error in setting auto bkops to 1 (-74)
kernel: mmc1: mmc_init_card: Failed to enable auto-bkops: err: -74

If another card with the following content in installed, the system can boot successfully:

# fdisk -l /dev/mmcblk1
Disk /dev/mmcblk1: 59.5 GiB, 63864569856 bytes, 124735488 sectors
Units: sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
Disklabel type: dos
Disk identifier: 0x72b82eac

Device Boot Start End Sectors Size Id Type
/dev/mmcblk1p1 2048 124735487 124733440 59.5G 83 Linux

The FS type of /dev/mmcblk1p1 is also ext4.

Is it possible to upgrade from previous installation to this version via OTA upgrade?

Yes OTA should be fine, but I've not really tested it myself.

Make sure you have the OBS repo enabled under `ssu lr`
http://repo.merproject.org/obs/nemo:...atest_armv7hl/

then do:
ssu release 2.2.0.29
zypper ref -f
version --dup
sync
reboot

Thanks, and it is recommended to replace the url on the wiki page ( https://wiki.merproject.org/wiki/Ada...S_for_scorpion ) pointed to this thread with an "https" one.

Currently I seem unable to use GPS (e.g. to get basic gps info via GPSInfo) on my scorpion_windy with sfos 2.2.0.29 installed. Does GPS-related functionalities implement in the hal, or some packages are absent? If the latter is my case, which packages are needed to get the GPS working?

I did notice this the other day, but GPS also wasn't working on the AOSP base either for me.

feel free to join #sailfishos-porters if you want some help debugging it
