i think if you start with the right path with first couple of letters of the file and then hit TAB it will auto complete or rename the firmware to "firmware" and emmc to "emmc" easier to type

do you have the flasher and all other files on the same folder? if not it has to be

yey! flasher installed! downloading FW and Vanilla!!! thanks!

now it appears a dialog box that i cant do anything, it states all about the flasher, will i just open a new terminal

after downloading the firmware and emmc and installing flasher exit the terminal and start it again to begin the process to flash, it should do it if not try restarting, but when i first did the flashing after all the commands was accepted it took about a minute before anything started to happen and show logs in terminal.

looks like the flasher has been installed. do not plug your phone in yet, yes try to exit the terminal and try reflashing, if that do not work you need help that is beyond my linux expertise.

dpkg status database area is locked in another process

how to deal with this. cant fully install flasher

flasher 3.5 not found......where could that possibly installed

give a try using lower version of the flasher or download another 3.5 but not the .deb this time and check

if you are looking for an app as a flasher 3.5 i dont think you will find that but it will support the flash codes to flash tablets. once the flasher has been installed. you have to enter all the commands on the terminal not inside flasher as a different app.
