Android support seems to be the major change this time. Temple Run 2 for instance is now actually playable and the flippers on Pinball Arcade flip when expected not half a second after the ball has gone down the drain. Stores now update apps properly and tell you what Android is doing with your data.

MMS - meh. I've set it up manually (I'm on Three UK - settings as per http://bit.ly/1gdOGYp). Now waiting for a picture of our cat to be sent to me in the next few months which may or may not happen. They happen almost as regularly as faxes.

The hints to flick are annoying. Hope they can be switched off. There doesn't seem to be a setting.

New Keyboard tap noises are nice and subtle.

Ambiances now actually tell you that the ringtones aren't the defaults.

Page transitions seem to be only on Jolla's apps. For instance Tweetian doesn't fade between the feed 'tabs' or is that not separate pages?

Seems like a solid bug-fix release so far with lots of tweaks. I hope the next one concentrates on syncing with online accounts/services and improving the events view. I mostly lived in the events feed on my N9 and miss that terribly. The Jolla Events view seems hidden away and forgotten about by comparison.

Anyway, well done Sailors on another update. Keep 'em coming!

For some reason the instructions specify that you'll have to have wifi and battery charger connected. I had 3G and no charger, battery was around 60% when started the update. Update went smoothly and battery was 36% afterwards. (Display was all the time lighted up, slow 3G connection).

Some of the new hints do annoy me, just like somebody said earlier in this thread.

They might help new phone users, so I hope they will disappear after a while. I mean after I have seen all the hints couple of times.

The hints are important for new users. I spoke to someone who had a work colleague who bought a Jolla and didn't know how to answer her phone in the first few days.

If anyone got MMS working with Free Mobile (France), please share the settings you used.

[Edit] Working. Nothing special about the settings, I just forgot a parameter. Dumb me.

Cover pages look more crisp and their content is much easier to see. Previously they were somewhat... bland. Visually much better now.

I do not have word prediction when typing after the update. Both in English and Bulgarian. Have not tried reboot as I want to find what in my set up causes the problem.
I am using custom keyboard layouts and custom layouts.conf.
