Clicking on 'Add Widgets' then selecting AP News or Amazon temporarily freezes the phone, after which widget is missing from desktop, and the entire widget itself has been uninstalled from phone.


Anyone else get this bug?

I have had a problem where downloading a new desktop wallpaper messed something up. Every time I went to the theme selector it would fail and return to the desktop with my Facebook widget missing. It did not uninstall it though, I could just add it back. I had to delete the .desktop file for that wallpaper to get things working again.

Its an odd issue though. I have also had the load applet disappear. Immediately after installing some software the screen blinked then everything came back with the load applet missing. I'm guessing it was the Window Manager (or at least the tray) crashing/relaunching and a bug in the load applet preventing it from reappearing correctly in that case.
