Apologies for the self promotion (I'm the author of TrustMe), but you may want to check out the thread buurmas mentioned. Based on his suggestions, I just uploaded "TrustMeDesktop" (written in Java), which is able to import the XML created by KeepAss.

try to using Paranotic Password Manager - this is great and is really very useful. Portable version, click-to-copy passwords, logins, emails and ect. Daily backup data to the server – you allways can restore your data file if you lost it. Recommend!
