Probably an error. The shop.nokia.co.uk page says:

OK. I'm a tad bit confused. Will Maemo 5 have Nokia Messaging installed? Or will it run another app for Mail? Because i know that NM uses Imap Idle to deliver mail instantly (something I've grown to love and need). Does the new Maemo 5 default mail client support Imap-Idle protocol for Gmail? :s
